Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Belt
Place the unworn belt in its original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
